We had a fantastic experience with Secret Sofa in Cheltenham. Every team member we spoke to was so helpful and not at all pushy. After ordering the Janson 4 Seater (in terracotta corduroy) with the matching ottoman, it arrived 3 days later and we are in love! So is Mr.Henny our resident couch expert (who also attended the show room and received nothing but love and attention). Thank you so much Secret Sofa crew 😊

I recently purchased a three-thousand-dollar couch from Secret Sofa, and it's been an absolute nightmare. Within just six months, the couch has deteriorated to a shocking extent. The back cushion, supposedly filled with polyfill, has collapsed, making it incredibly uncomfortable. Despite minimal usage, the wear and tear are far beyond what anyone would expect from a high-priced sofa. To add insult to injury, when I reached out to "customer support" to address these issues and request a refund, their response was cold and dismissive. No solutions offered, just brushed me off. Secret Sofa not only failed to uphold basic standards of quality in their product but also displayed a complete lack of empathy and customer care. Save yourself the frustration and money – steer clear of this company. Their warranty appears to be nothing more than an empty promise. Utterly disappointed and regretful of this purchase.

I bought a gorgeous velvet sofa from Secret Sofa in Cheltenham Melbourne. The services I received were really great, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I love the sofa it's super comfortable and really stylish. It feels very solid. I highly recommend Secret Sofa.

5 stars for the whole experience. The customer service was excellent, online, over the phone and with the delivery guys. Can't fault that. The only thing to beware of is sometimes colours in photos look slightly different to colours in real life. The product I ordered was supposed to be "sand" colour. It looks like "sand" colour online, but when it arrived it looked more like a light grey. One of the pitfalls of ordering online, I guess. I'm still happy with ordering from these guys. The staff are great, and the products are solid and good quality.

I am scoring 5 stars, even though the couch had a scratch from the depo. The reason I give 5 stars is for customers service and overall experience. I bought a Ruby 3 seater couch. It’s looking really good and I think is very good quality. Not using it at the moment because I want to keep It as new for when we move to our new home in June. So I can not say much about how comfy or how well the leather behave to daily use.

Sales team in Melb. were knowledgeable and gave us the right amount of time to browse then support. Was only in early days of shopping but opted to buy as appear well made and comfortable, reasonably priced. Can't wait for arrival this week. Update: Arrived exactly on time..love it!!!
